We have returned!

Greetings from home! Carolyn and I have returned from the Land Down-under, Australia. Here's a picture from my presentation to the Autralia Commercial Radio Awards Conference. Australia is such a beautiful country and the people are universally friendly. We felt very much at home there, except that the weather is better. I have the most incredible case of jet lag today, so anything I write probably won't make much sense. More on Customer Experience Equity later.

The Day After

It is the day after the Commercial Radio conference here in the Gold Coast in Australia. It has been an exciting experience meeting the movers and shakers of the media world in this continent. I'll have a more complete report later for you.

Maurice’s special wagon!


Last week was the Wizard Academy reunion in Austin, Texas and the grand opening of the new
campus. It was a very exciting weekend. By far the best customer experience we enjoyed was
from Maurice, the bus driver.

His bus transported us from the rental car return to the terminal in Houston Texas...
