The little things count!
I have a dairy allergy. Most of the time it’s not a big deal, but many of the problems crop up at
restaurants because they use butter for things like sauteing vegetables or enriching sauces. The
obvious things like cream sauces or cheese breads are easy to avoid, but it’s the hidden ways chefs
use dairy products that cause the most problems. Don’t worry yourself unnecessarily because it’s
not life threatening or anything like that, it just causes extreme discomfort and I try to avoid pain
